Originally from New Zealand, Michelle has spent over 30 years walking alongside families during some of the most tender, overwhelming, and transformative moments of their lives. For the past decade, she has specialized as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist — and she considers it a true privilege to be welcomed into the intimate space of a home with a new baby.
Michelle's focus is simple: help moms recover, help families thrive, and make sure no parent ever feels like they're doing this alone. Her warmth, experience, and steady guidance have made her a trusted name on the Gulf Coast — and the reason this team exists.
Every overnight support person on our team has passed a thorough background check — because when someone is in your home caring for your newborn, trust isn't optional. It's everything.

Lee is currently a NICU nurse with over 31 years of experience. She has supported some families that have transitioned from hospital care to home care. Lee also has experience with multiples.

Ashleigh is a retired Registered Nurse that loved working in the Newborn Nursery & Postpartum as well as the NICU in Mobile.

Renae is a Registered Nurse with a background in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Renae is still nursing but is looking for opportunities to work with mom’s and babies.
