Our center in Daphne, Alabama, offers a supportive environment for new moms on their postpartum journey. From postpartum support classes to dad and me classes, we have options for the whole family.
Our Classes
All classes are held at 25421 Hwy 181 Suite 101, Daphne
GroovaRoo Classes are available for anyone that wants to learn some low impact line dancing. The classes are created for pregnant and postpartum families. Bring baby or come and dance with us for fun.
Friday’s @ 11am and 12:30pm
Learn Through Play Classes - When little ones engage in playful activities, they are not only having fun but also building important skills—such as problem-solving, communication, creativity, and social interaction. Play stimulates curiosity and imagination, while also supporting physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Whether it’s banging on a drum, stacking blocks, or pretending to cook, children are exploring the world around them, making connections, and developing confidence. Through play, learning feels joyful and effortless, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of discovery.
Mondays 9:30am- 12pm For ages 0-3 years old
Dad & Me class is a great time for dad’s to connect with baby and meet other dad’s going through the same life stage. We will have a variety of dad’s come to talk about their experience of becoming a dad and all that entails.
This is a class for babies 0-13 months
Classes are Saturdays 9-10am Coming soon.
Prenatal Newborn Care Basics Class
This is a 2 hour class that allows new parents to have some hands on experience with our weighted dolls. We cover topics like diapering, dressing and calming a fussy baby. We learn about swaddling and sleep as well as baby’s first bath. There are opportunities to ask questions or concerns you have about baby’s arrival.
Recommended both parents attend the month before due date.
Bond with Baby Class
This is a 1 hour class for all new mom’s and babies. We learn something new about adjusting to life with a newborn and allow time to ask questions and talk about the adjustment to this new life stage.
Babies 0-12 months
Music & Movement (Ages 0–2)
Join us for a joyful, interactive class designed especially for babies and toddlers! Through music, rhythm, and movement, little ones will explore sound, motion, and sensory play in a fun and nurturing environment. We’ll sing songs, shake instruments, wave colorful scarves, and giggle our way through parachute play. This class supports early brain development, motor skills, and social connection while giving caregivers a chance to bond closely with their child. No musical experience needed—just bring your smiles and get ready to move, groove, and play together
Friday’s 9:30am Our teacher is on maternity leave.
